Tech: C5 rocking seat
My 1999 c5 has a bad case rocking seat on drivers side.
I would appriecate suggestions on shops that can fix in south florida area of west palm beach/ ft.lauderdale that have experience in fixing rocking.

There is a great "sticky" at the top of this "tech" section, for the rocking seat problem. This is something you can do yourself. Read the sticky and give it a try. Limited amount of tools needed and the parts are under $5.00. P.M. me for additional information.

After much gnashing of teath, and fear of screwing up my seats, I did the "fix" a couple of years ago. I bought the kit from one of the well-known CF vendors, and it took about a couple of hours to do both seats, working at a leisurely pace.
Tip: If you have a coupe, remove the roof and raise the steering wheel, for more room to remove the seats.
