horn was moved after supercharger install wont blow!! pulled horn hooked it to battery it works! checked power at the horn and I'm getting power? bad ground need help anyone ever had this problem?
Could be a bad membrane in the airbag steering wheel. They now sell them for $60 bucks.
Need a few more details on how you checked for power at the horn connector.
its a 10,000 mile car after the A&A it did this it was working at first but very low sound came out so i tested it on the battery and it was loud!! bad ground?

It could be a bad ground or low voltage. Did you measure the current to see that you getting 12 V. Those idiot test lights are good making sure that you don't have a broken wire but they don't tell you if you have enough current to power the item at the end.
I had a crazy problem on rear tailight, where I was getting power but not enough to power the signal light. Turned out to be a bad connector but took me forever to trace it down.

sounds like your right I did use a test ligth I will ck for proper voltage no thanks
