I drove to work this morning in 33* weather and was alarmed at noise coming from my front end. It seemed like every bump or turn I made, I could hear a squeaking sound coming from the front end. I drove around the parking lot at work over a bunch of speed bumps and every time the suspension would go up and down I would hear the sound.
Is this squeaking coming from the shocks and is this temporary, maybe caused by the cold weather? Or are there underlying issues here? Definitely would be embarrassed if someone were in the car with me....sounds like an old beater going over bumps!
