You're getting fairly close to base equipment from a stock Z06 except for exhaust manifolds, Ti catback, smaller fuel injectors, and tune. With a tune, I think you'd end up fairly close to stock Z06 power levels. Without a tune, not so much.
If you're going to all that effort to swap a cam, why not go with a 22x cam and easily find some extra horsies? Be careful, its a slippery slope once you head down it!

If the parts are from a 2002 to 2004 Z06 you may go from 345 to 400 or so at the crank. You would still need a tune and maybe replace the 26lb injectors with the 28lb Z-06 injectors. The stock Z-06 exhaust is slightly less restrictive.
I agree with the above comments. It would be cost effective to get a cam from one of the many great vendors on this forum. And don't consider driving it at all until you get it tuned.
Heck, throw in a Vararam or similar intake while you're at it!
installing the heads and intake is a very common swap and highly recommended. you can pick up a mild aftermarket for just a little more than a LS6 cam here in the for sale section.
same work, better results.

My buddy bought the "kit" from Scoggin-Dickey back in 2001 for his 98 Vette, which had the 243 heads/02-ZO6 cam & LS6 intake manifold. On his car with 3.73 gears and shorty headers with stock exhaust he made 378 rwhp on a 95 deg day w/72% humidity. Other then an SLP/Donaldson air filter he had nothing else on the car.
