Default My first vette

I purchased a 2000 Vette a week ago and the shady wholesale dealer told me all I needed to do was buy O2 simulators for it to pass inspection. Like a dumbass I bought the car without getting it inspected. I bought the O2 simulators and installed them, I reset the computer and drove it for a few days and then the check engine light came back on. The computer gave me the following codes:

P0138H Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) Circuit High Voltage Bank 1 Sensor 2-B
C1283H VSES Sensors Uncorrected AKA: C1283 Code "excessive time to center steering
B2527H Horn Relay Circuit
U1096H Loss Of Communication with IPC (No SOH Message received -RFA
U1064H Loss Of Communication with DCM (No SOH Message Received -RFA
U1016 Loss Of Communication with PCM (No SOH Message received -RFA
C2110 HC Right Rear TPM Sensor Malfunction -TPM
C2115 HC Left Rear TPM Sensor Malfunction -TPM

I did a little research and found out the P0138 will fail the infamous North Carolina state inspection. I thought the purpose of the O2 simulators was to clear that code out.
The magnaflow performance exhaust sounds really sweet but that means nothing to me when I can only listen to it in my driveway.
Can someone steer this newbie in the right direction. Am I going to have to purchase a new exhaust or what?
