Do you have a shop crane or engine hoist?

I'm sure there are other ways to do it but removing the intake really isn't that difficult. You can support the engine with the hoist and then lower the front subframe enough to get the mounts out. That'll also make your header install way easier.

you can jack up the engine a little and lower the cradle enough to get the old ones out and the new ones in without having to remove the intake... i'm in the process of installing pfadt mounts on mine as well as lg super pros

With the exh manifolds out of the way, remove the mount nuts top and bottom. Jack the engine up just a tad. Remove the 3 bolts from the alum mount on the side of the engine. Remove it and pull the mount out.
Reverse order to reinstall new mounts.

Pretty much this. With the manifolds already out of the way the install is pretty easy. If you want to take a look at our instruction guide it will give you a great place to start. Pfadt Race Engineering Engine mount installation guide.

do it this way, it was cake... i just installed mine and if you have the headers out of the way it should take maybe 30 mins... pfadt's instructions say to lower the cradle which is unnecessary and if you do it without lowering the cradle you don't have to worry about messing with your alignment... hopefully i will get my longtubes stabbed this weekend and get it all back together, i can't wait

This is what I was thinking and correct me if I'm wrong or it won't work.

Remove both exhaust manifolds or headers from the engine, use those holes to hook up an engine hoist on just the side your doing.

Loosen your mount nuts on both sides.

Take up on the engine hoist just enough that you have the weight off the mount.

Take your bolts off the engine that holds the whole mount assembly to it and remove the mount.

Once that side is done, go to the other side?

I just did some hinson mounts. While I'm sure a hoist would work I think it might be a tad much. I removed the engine mount nuts from the underside of the front cradle. Then just put a 2x4 on top of a floor jack to spread the load and lift the engine with the pan. It wont take much height at all. I broke the 3 bolts on the block and the top nut to the mount loose prior to lifting it. The mounting brackets will pivot away from the block when you get it high enough and you can pull the bracket and mount sub assembly out. If you broke the nut loose it should be easy to remove it the rest of the way out of the car.

Put your new mount and bracket assembly together and drop it back in. Snug all of the bolts back down. Its was pretty straight forward. I have the heads and intake off so I had alot of room.

Good luck.
