I did the lowering thing today on the stock bolts, followed the instructions in the forum here. Took it out for a rip for about 5 miles, curves, turns, stops. Passenger side drop about an inch front and back, driver side did not change, did I miss something somewhere ? Front bolts where maxed out equal, rear bolts have 2-3 threads showing on each side. What did I do wrong here, or miss, any ideas would be appreciated.
thats what i was thinking, didn t wanna damage anything, heard something clunk I think, when i first took it out,was probably my imagintion, will get under it tomorrow, Thank you Mr.Bumble
Do not drive much further without a four wheel alignment. If you fail to do this, you will be buying two new rear tires very soon. ALso, seriously concider four Bilstein Sport Shocks. Easy to do yourself and it is needed after lowering. Of all the money I spent over the years, lowering was the best bang for your money but finish up the job correctly.
