Default Auto Trans Filter

I have a transmission pan with a drain plug so fluid change is easy. But how often should I change out the filter? Thanks for any advice.

I think the maintenance schedule shows 60K miles. What kind of pan did you get or did you put the drain plug in?

A member on this forum recommended a web site called PATC. They sell transmission parts and pans. He bought the 16C5. I bought the 17PC. Same thing except its black. 4 quarts over stock with support cast in to support the filter. No filter extensions and all that.
60K miles? Sounds good. I might do it sooner because I don't drive it that much. That would take a lot of years!
Thank you
