Turn signals don't always work
I'm thinking it's something to do with the hazard switch.
Reason being is that when I signal, it doesn't always flash, no sound, either.
I tap on the dash right above the hazard switch and it works.
I have the dash torn off now and it's something I want to address.
Should I just replace the hazard switch?

I had the same problem and it was the hazard switch, Very cheap to replace so I would go with that.

4-way flasher module
It's the 4-way flasher module located behind (and part of) the 4-way hazard switch. I got mine at gmparts.com for about 30 bucks about 5 years ago. I finally got around to replacing it. Wasn't easy but it works fine. You can get to it with just the radio removed. Write me if you need more help.

The GM part is crap as this is a common problem. Fix it with the
JW Motoring Harness like I did and never have the problem again.
