I've searched the forum for an answer to this question and have come up with different procedures, so if anyone can chime in with the correct procedure for this it would be much appreciated.
2002 dual climate control unit. Drivers side A/C blows warmer than the passenger side. I have disconnected the neg batt cable a few times over the winter while doing some work on the car and have read that this sometimes that throws off the synch between the two actuators. The weird thing is that the comp isnt throwing any codes, so before replacing the left actuator I want to see if recalibrating the actuators will do the trick. The procedure I got so far is as follows:
Ignition off.
Pull footwell fuses 18 and 27
Turn ignition on, engine not running.
Wait at least five minutes.
Turn ignition off.
Replace fuses.
Is this in fact the correct procedure or is it done a different way or different sequences? Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

Sounds like even if the procedure you have is wrong, all you've done is wasted 10 minutes of your life. Why not try it and then ask if it doesn't work?
If the actuators have an issue, normally they'll produce a code. I've read in here lots of times where one side is warmer than the other and the repair there is usually just the refrigerant is low and needs to be charged.
