clicking noise
i have a c5 convertible and put baer decela rotors on all 4 corners , russell ss brake lines and z06 calipers and new pads . i tried to adjust the rear parking brake and that's when the clicking started (i tried several times to no eval) the clicking was still there (goes away when i hold the parking brake handle up just a little , not even one click) i brought it to the dealer (porter chev. in newark, de.) had them put on new p-brake shoes and adjust and it still clicks on decelaration . what do i do now (never happened till i did the brake upgrade) any help would be cool

Is the clicking sound from the rear only? Does it happen when you are just pulling away slowly? If yes to these, the spline shafts through the hubs, the lubrication dries out over time and the rust that shows up there, will cause a clicking sound. If this is your issue, the fix is simple. Jack each rear wheel, remove the wheel, remove the 33mm axle nut, CAREFULLY use some spray lubricant or whatever you choose and lubricate the splines on the axle shaft. You can push the axle in and out of the hub in order to do this completely. What you don't want to do is get any lube on the rotors.
