Thanks for all tips and advice, it was pretty straight forward, except a lot of finagling to get the Fans out and back in, especially with the thicker Radiator. All new Hoses, Clamps, Coolant, Thermostat, she is completed, Burped, and barely breaking 190 degrees!

A few shots for those getting ready to do the same!

Cracked plastic water neck

Old and busted getting ready to be removed...

New DeWitt's Aluminum ready for the upgrade!

Rusted and busted out, a couple of busted knuckles and Oil and Anti freeze in my eyes

New Unit installed and all Lines and Hoses double checked

All buttoned up and ready for summer cruises!

Thanks to all the helpful tips and comments it went as planned and without unforeseen issues, thanks again !

Holy cow I never realized the stock radiator was so thin. Mine had a Howe in it when I bought it.

Love the new setup, ran it hard few days back, normally would have been 220 plus range, never moved off of 194 degrees, up and down by 2+\- degrees, that's it never even broke a sweat! Thank you DeWitt's !
