I left the battery disconnected over several hours last night but it is still not working. The gas gauge still reads 3/4 full when I know for sure I have 1 full tank. :(
Oh well, got to bring it in to the dealer tomorrow.
I'm sorry to hear that. I have a Y2K Coupe too so I hoped it will work for you too.
Just picked it up few minutes ago.....AND WOWWWWW the gauge now reads full when the tank is full.   Hopefully it's completely fixed now.
And get this, the service writer at this dealer offered me a courtesy carwash afterward.   For a second there, I thought I was in the Lexus dealer.
I'll keep my fingers crossed for you, Tuan. BTW, how much was it this time? A courtesy wash, imagine that. However, would you want the grease monkeys washing your C5?

Thanks. :D It was covered under warranty so I receipt I got was $0. But I got a quick glance over the GM bill, and I think it was around ~$1613,   because they had to replace parts in both tanks (sending unit, sensors and strainners). Hopefully that will teach GM a lesson about putting out shi.tty parts.

I told him "No, thanks." because I had to get back to work and couldn't wait.
