Default 2000 battery drain problem

My 2000 has a battery drain problem. I’ve got a 1.5amp drain on the battery sitting with nothing on. I measured this by disconnecting the plus battery terminal and hooking in an ammeter in-line. In a very quiet room you can hear what sounds like a very small electric motor or a very small subdued relay rattle coming from behind the passenger headlight. I can rotate the headlight motor without any resistance, so I don't think it's going through the motor. While I'm new to the codes I've checked and don't get any diagnostics to speak of. I don't know if this sound is the total cause of the problem. Any suggestions on what to check for to fix this. I thank you in advance

Pulling the fuses one at a time, until the current reading displayed on the in-line ammeter drops, should pinpoint the source of the current drain.
