Time for a new compressor. The good news is, the AC-Delco compressor is Made in China, so you'll be helping their economy.

Those fill-up cans with low side gage are worthless, most time you will over fill the system. Hence the gage in the red.

You may have gotten lucky and the system didn't have a catastrophic failure sending contaminates through the system.

Are you familiar with AC systems? Do you have tools, vacuum pump and a gage set?

You'll want to replace the accumulator too.

Dealer will get you for $1400-1600, and DIY about $600.
