Rich fuel mixture washes oil off cylinder walls, causes rings to lose seal, ergo low compression reading.

He should be doing the compression test with the fuel system disabled anyway-fuel should have ZERO bearing on this test.

Sorry guys been crazy busy with work. Looks like the octane booster fried the o2 sensors replaced those and my ltfts went from 25+ to 12+. Still a problem but it definetly needed o2s. Still has a hard time finding idle while coming uP to a stoP light. Also was only getting 13.0-1 volts while running no loads (ac, headlights etc). Cleaned te terminals and all grounds again and I'm getting 13.9 now.

Have a code fOr my hvac now that says short to ground drivers side actuator. NOt sure if that would drop it that much.

On full throttle it has full power and pulls smooth with good afr. Going rich at idle though. Vacuum is good at 18 inches. Checked tps and egr. All checks out.

Thinking of what to search next.

Still does NOT explain your low compression.

That was from the overly rich mixture. Passenger side o2 sensor was worse than drivers side. Fuel wash in just 10 minutes of idle had the oil very thin and reeked of gas. Compression is bak up to 185 +- a few all around.
