Default F45 Delete Questions

I decided to go the Bilstein route on my 2002 F45 equipped convert. Two questions I have not found the answers to. Once I have the F45 option deleted from the BCM can I:

1) Remove the select ride switch from the console and replace the plate with one without the switch without any problems?
2) Remove those sensors that are connected to the control arms with the linkage? I assume these are for the F45.
