Default BCM VATS Issues

I have a 2004 CE Z06 and am having some issues.

Getting service column lock message & pull key
VATS system shuts the car off when going over 1mph
Radio won't turn off when exiting the vehicle
Front blinkers wont work unless headlights are on
Trunk will not open by button or remote
Vehicle no longer honks when locking

Initial Pulled Codes

BCM
B0502 H
B0503 H C
B0508 H C
B2483 H C
B0432 H C
B2588 H C
B2593 H C

HVAC
B0361 H
B0363 H
B0367 H
B0441 H C

LDCM
B2282 H
B2286 H
B2284 H

RDCM
B2283 H
B2287 H
B2285 H
U1255 H
U1064 H
U1016 H
U1096 H

SCM
U1160 H

After I reset all the codes and left the battery unhooked over night the following came back.

BCM
B0402 H C
B0503 H
B0508 H
B2483 H
B2588 H
B2593 H
B0432 H C

SCM
U1160 H

I will be inspecting the BCM for moisture later today. A bad storm came through Austin the other day and I suspect water may have leaked in on the passenger side of the vehicle.

If the BCM needs to be replaced any suggestions on where to get one, I see that rock auto has remanufactured ones. Anyone has experience with a remanufactured BCM? or know exactly what remanufactured means?

Thanks!

Then that most likely is the source of your problem. Disconnect the battery cable, remove the BCM (and PCB within), and get it dried out immediately.

Already had the BCM out of the car and am drying it. Some visible white residue on the board hopefully drying it will do the trick.

Hopefully there is no damage, but if problems persist my guess would be to replace the board. Anyone have experience replacing the BCM?

Will also be looking for the "plugged udders"

You need to clean all residue off the board. Use isopropanol, and a soft brush. Make sure you are property grounded to avoid ESD. Use a moisture free compressed air source to dry.
