Default Need help with Codes

I have an 03 corvette that was in a front end accident that I put back together.
I have gotten to the starting part but might have missed something because it doesn't start.
I have code that are...
BCM B2809
BCM B2647
SMD B0026
SMD U1040
and both code for left and right doors...
B2263 and B2265
and Steering colomm lock error

The motor will turn over ...but will not start. No fuel for one
Please Help....

No. The "PCM" is located in the passenger side fender. The "BCM" is located in the passenger side footwell (interior).
