Brake pedal vibration
Steve
To the OP, pull the codes out of the DIC and post which ones you're getting. I am gonna bet P1287/1288 shows up.
Happened to me, replaced steering wheel position sensor and fixed the problem.

If the SWPS starts going bad, it puts out erroneous data/voltages. The EBTCM reads this stray voltage as a driver induced steering wheel input. Even though you did not actually turn the wheel LEFT or RIGHT!
IF, the (FALSE) SWPS output is telling the EBTCM that you told the car to turn LEFT, and the accelerometers that monitor the actual direction the car is traveling is telling the EBTCM that the car is still going STRAIGHT, the EBTCM starts applying BRAKE pulsations thru the BPMV to the wheels to help you get the car going in the CORRECT (what it thinks is correct) direction.
So,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, find a NEW SWPS and install it. Simple as that!
