I have a A/C problem with my car. I checked the HVAC for codes and I am getting B0363 (Left Actuator Feedback Open) and B0367 (Right Actuator Feedback Open). I can hear the Compressor kick on when I turn on the A/C and the A/C light does not flash telling me that I am low on Freon. Seems like both doors are not opening to let the cool air in. Is there a relay or something that can be bad that needs to be replaced. Hard to believe that both of them would go out at the same time. Oh yeah, this is on a 1999 Coupe.
Try pulling the fuse on the floor passenger area, if that does not help, try disconnecting the battery for 5min or so. If that doesn't work, do a search for actuators, look at the stickys. Are the codes H or C or?
The actuators control individual mixing doors. If the mixing doors are not responding, you get a feed back error.
If you turn the HVAC System OFF, then reset the DTCs,, see if you can hear the actuators cycle. If not, turn the HVAC system ON and listen for them to cycle when you clear the DTCs.
You can also observe the motor on the drivers side>
Remove the close out panel under the dash and use a flashlight. This is what you should see. When the actuator operates, the shaft in the center will rotate:
This is an actuator:
Heres the schematic for the actuators and the control circuit:
Check the fuse and use a meter and see if there is actually battery voltage on the fuse and voltage is correct (with key ON) Should be the same as battery terminal voltage.
Thanks bill for this info. Was looking for a graphic of the circuit. Will check the fuse out and go from there.

Time to update this thread for future searches. Found out my issue was that I was low on Freon. Car calls for 1.63 pounds for a full charge. Car had .55 pounds in the system. Just enough to not cause the A/C light to flash and cause the Actuator errors as well as blow warm air. Had the system evacuated and pulled vacuum to be sure the system was sealed. Passed those tests, then put in new oil and R134 refrigerant to 1.63 pounds. Blows cold now out of all vents and no more actuator errors.
