Front end pops after lowering?

Front end pops after lowering?

I lowered the front end of my C5 by adjusting the front bolts on the leaf spring. Double checked every bolt and lug nuts after assembly but I have a loud pop every time I turn left or hit a bump with the front right wheel.

Any suggestions?

You may need to exceed the GM torque spec to quiet them down.
