Default Need your Help with TPM !

I just purchased a set of SR1 wheels for my 97 Vette and have a problem fitting the TPM's to seat into the counterbore. The SR1 wheels counterbore is 5/64" deep and the factory wheels counterbore is
3/64"deep. Therefore the plastic TMP case hits the wheel before the O-ring can seat? I called WCC and the service manager said they have never had a problem like this and just send them back for a refund.
I really want to keep the wheels, can anyone tell me how to solve the problem and have you ever heard of this problem before?

Thanks for any help you can give !

You can always install them with bands. That's what I had to do with my i-Forged Swifts.

Try some small washers between the body of the sensor and the rim. Make sure the o-rings seat against the rim.

Default Problem solved

WCC should have sent larger O-rings for the TPM sensors but were out of stock. Take the factory ones out and replace with these.
They are overnighting them to me so that should take care of the small space between the wheel and sensor.
