I installed the ZO6 sway bars and end links on my coupe last week. Followed all the directions, torked links to 53lbs, and every thing was perfect. Today on my way home, the thing was clunking like crazy!! Is there some kind of break in period with these, or do you think something is wrong? I really need some advice...

Something is wrong - there should not be any clunking.
Re: Clunking after ZO6 Sway Bar Install (GmasterB)
I have the same setup installed and haven't had a problem. If it's not the end links, you may not have had one of the bushings seated properly in its bracket when you installed it and subsequent flexing might have worked it a little loose. Double check all the end links and bushings and you should find the culprit. :seeya
Hey, tighten down the endlink nuts more, ignore the published torque settings and go for as tight as you can get it, it should solve the problem.

Thank you, Thank you. Been having the same problem, checked every nut and bolt under the car except the endlinks. After ready this post, I realized the knucklehead that was going to install my B&B's (I stopped him, but not soon enough) had loosened the drivers endlink. Went out and checked it, sure enough they were loose, tightened them and the clunk is gone :yesnod: . I love this place.
