Default Need to enable ABS

I recently bought an 2001 Z06 the was set up for racing, well he had disabled the ABS system which i wasn't to worried about until today a dog ran in front of my car and locked up the brakes twice. so after scaring the **** out of me I figure i need to enable this immediately. but I have no idea how.

Okay so it came up with 13 codes but I'm pretty sure these are the important ones (C1284 H C), (C1285 H C), and (C1296 H C).

C1284 and 1285 are the lateral acceleration sensor or the EBCM
C1296 is the Brake Pressure Sensor or the EBCM

Are the other 10 codes EBCM codes? Check to see if the Lateral Accel Sensor is in place on the passenger side floor near the left seat mount. Repair isn't too bad if the problem is the two sensors. EBCM is a different issue since EBCM repairs can only be done to fix the C1214 relay issue.

Did you check to see if the ABS fuses were removed? There are 2 of them, a 10a and a 40a.

Most of the time that you have a bucket full of DTCs, it just complicates the issue that your trying to resolve.. CLEAR ALL THE DTCs. If something is causing toruble, it will for sure come back!

Clear the DTCs and take it for a drive. Read the DTCs before you turn off the ignition and post the ones that reappear..

I checked the fuses and they're all there and fine, so I cleared the codes and went for a drive, these are the codes that came back (C1248 H), C1265 H), C1267 H), (C1284 H C), C1285 H C), (C1296 H C)
