Default Possible tune issue or is it something else?

I recently had my car tuned after a cam switch TSP TQ V2. When I first got the car back it ran fine. Iv probably put about 500 miles or so on it and now its having problems with idle it goes from about 1000rpm to about 400rpm and just revs up and revs down without me doing anything.
-When the car is at idle and the a/c is on it does the same thing but just dies.
-And if im driving the car with the a/c on and i put the clutch in the car will die and it will almost die/ cut off with the a/c off too.

also, the kicker... it does it sometimes not all the time. I would say it does it about 80% of the time. When it does do it i hear some sort of a wooshing sound with each rev of the engine at idle, but when you rev it the wooshing sound goes away.

keep in mind that the car already had a lingenfelter cam and all other mods in it before the cam switch and ran fine with none of these issues.

Mods: Ported Fast intake, Ported TB, Volant cai, Long tubes, Borla Stinger axle back, Lingenfelter ported 62cc heads with 3 angle valve job and larger valves, TSP TQ V2 cam.

Someone please help me. Or let me know what you all might thing. Thanks.

I had a somewhat type problem myself. Mine would barely idle sometimes after a restart after the motor was warm. It was a sticky throttle body plate. I cleaned the TB and it cleared up my problem. I don't know if your problem is related but I would remove and clean the throttle body.

Sounds like a classic vacuum leak. Check hoses and connections.
