The SDM module is located behind the HVAC unit in the center dash area. Did you disconnect it when pulling the IPC? Also, there are "yellow" connectors associated with the steering column and since I don't know if you lowered the column first or removed it, those yellow connectors could be the issue if you left one disconnected. Warning...do not mess with the yellow connectors with the battery connected. Use serious caution when working with the SDM or any yellow connectors.
