Default tires

I have 245 55 17 in front I just bought some 255 45 17 I was wondering will they work. or not as of to wide or rub?

Original Equipment Rear Size 1: 275/40-18
Original Equipment Front Size 1: 245/45-17

was typo I have 245 45 17 in front Just picked up pair of 245 55 17 for the front are these to big? Do I have to worry about them rubbing? not clearing

This is the best tier for C5 Corvette which you use. I have searched about it. It is Toyo Proxes T1-R High Performance set of tier. This set include two front 245/45ZR-17 and two back side 275/40ZR-18.

245/55/17s are going to be way too tall. Even if they fit, you will run into AH/TCS issues. Regardless of that, it will look dumb because your front tires will be taller than your rears. Don't put them on.

I purchased mine at Town Fair Tire (eastcoast chain) and absoluty love them. They hold their own even in cold weather.

Dont get me wrong, unless your running a true winter tire, no performance tire is traction stable in cold weather but the T1R tires are the best Ive run yet when the temps drop below 35 deg.

There outstanding in the summer! EXCELLENT Handling, NO noise and the wear is very good!

Rears = 315-25-ZR19



Fronts = 275-30-ZR19
