Default Identify this hose (pic included)

My 99 C5 engine was recently running lean. The end of the hose where the yellow arrow is pointing was corroded and looked as if a dog had been chewing on it. It also caused my rpm's to fluctuate at idle. I since then had a buddy rig some hoses up as a temporary fix. Can someone please give me the name and part number of this hose. Any extra info is appreciated.

P.S. this is just a pic i found off of the web(not my car)

No need to go part specific. Its just a hose. Shouldn't make a difference.

P.S. that hose holds the PCV valve, so just make sure it is still there after being messed with.

P.S.S Between that valve and where it connects to the throttle is where you can install a catch can. It would come with proper tubing anyway.
