wiring problem.
I was looking for my OAT sensor and couldn't find one, my outside temp gauge is stuck on 69. A/C works, but wanted to fix it cause part is cheap.
Well I didn't find a sensor, but I found to loose wires, a red and a black one. They touched, and my rear view mirror interior lights quit. Tried hooking up sensor to those wires, replaced burnt fuse 2 in passenger foot well, and blew it again. Unhooked sensor, left two wires loose, untouching....fuse 2 holding.
What do those wires go to? Driving around will touch wires and blow fuse. What else does this fuse control?
my car was bought modified, and I see alot of wiring for HIDs, but they work fine so don't know what this circuit is

Ok, problem fixed. Was the wires to underhood light, ripped out of harness. Of course underhood light is shattered, but at least circuit closed.
Ok, does anyone know what fuse the OAT runs off of? And perhaps what else runs off the same fuse.
