Default Cant access clutch bleeder fitting.. Need advice

The lines from the ticket master cylinder and remote bleeder came loose from the firewall and laid against the header tube. The ticket master cylinder line is covered with a rubber type sleeve (fire proof) there was no damage done to that line whatsoever although the braided an3 bleeder hose melted on the inside causing it to leak. I have a new line and everything is apart, the problem is that the 7/16 fitting is attached to a union that puts it directly inside the hole of the bellhousing itself, basically the fitting is centered with the thick aluminum of the bell housing. I can see the edge of the 7/16" fitting from inside the clutch housing with the inspection plate removed. Cannot even feel the hex of the fitting from the outside of the housing so it seems there is no way to get a wrench on the fitting from either side. I'm stumped and I really don't want to take the drivetrain back out again. If I could open the hole a lil bit I could possibly get a wrench on it, I also considered welding a socket to a wrench and sliding it over the bleeder line to get to the fitting. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.. Right now my car is collecting dust :-(
