Default 98 conv. O2 codes since trans. rebuild

I just had the auto. trans. rebuilt on my 98 Convertible and on the way home the check engine light came on.Scanned for codes and got PO134 isufficient activity bank 1 sensor 1,PO154 insuf. activity bank 2 sensor 1 and PO155 O2 heater circuit bank 2 sensor 1.Cleared codes and PO134,PO154 came back. The O2 voltages are staying at around 450 mv and it's staying in open loop.I called the trans. shop and he assured me that he had only diconnected the harnesses for the rear O2 sensors in order to drop the exhaust system.(car is all stock,no headers)I asked him if he might have left a ground conn. off somewhere and he said no.He said he had road tested it extensively and the c.e. light never came on.I also had him change the fuel filter when the trans. was out.I got under the car and all 4 sensors were connected.Disconnected all 4 to check pins and all looked OK.Checked O2 fuse-good.Checked for power and ground with key on at 2 front sensors and they are good.I can't imagine both front O2 sensors went bad at the same time. Not sure what to check next-computer/connection problem? Thanks for any suggestions.
