Rhythmic shaking in front end while driving

Okay guys I'm new to the corvette world, but I have a 98 and while driving at hwy speed I get a shaking in the steering wheel. It's very ryhtmic and slows with the speed of the car. Wheels are torqued correctly. Car is lowered on stock suspension, and equipped with ride control, starts at about 65mph. What should I look at first?

just went through the same thing had a bad dent in wheel. Found a used one for $100 with a tire on it

Hmm...I don't think I have a dent in the wheel but anything is possible...guess I'll have them all balanced tomorrow. Y'all think an alignment or lack there of could cause this

Start with a balance its cheaper... If your car is lowered keep in mind most shops that do alignments will have trouble getting your car on an alignment rack

so start with the easy step
