Did you apply grease to them before installation? You are supposed to apply ample amount of grease to the inside surfaces of the bushings prior to installation. When I installed my Eibach sway bar kit, the polyurethane bushings came with their own grease. I also noticed that the inside surfaces of the bushings contained deep grooves to allow the grease to remain within those grooves.
The largest Energy Suspension dealer in calif reccomends using anti-seize ( the silver messy stuff) on all poly bushings---I've switched to it and i thinks it's the best to eliminate squeaks--
I just installed Pfadt poly bushings in my Z06 A arms. The kit included several containers of a very sticky white grease to use during the install. I have since used this grease to lube my poly sway bar bushings and it worked like a champ. No squeaks or noise after three track events. Don't know what type of grease it is, but do know that Pfadt will sell individual containers of it at a very reasonable price.
The lube we provide with all of our kits that include poly bushings is Energy Suspension Formula #5. It's just how CHJ In Virginia described, really tacky and resists breaking down to water and road contaminants really well.
We would suggest checking in with your local Energy Suspension dealer, or the larger parts warehouses like Pegasus Racing, Hoerr Racing, or Jegs/Summit.
