Turn Signal Problem (again)
I noticed on my recently acquired 2001 Z06 that the turn signals stop working. When ever I move the turn signal lever in either direction, I get a loud buzz from behind the dash...but the signals don't work. 
I did a search on here for the problem and found quite a few threads
concerning fixes. I would like to narrow this down to what most people
think the best solution is to this problem

CYCLE the emergency flasher button on and off 25-30 times and see if that changes the problem. If it does, highly recommend the flasher by-pass mod.
The turn signal/lheadight multifunction switch can also go bad and cause your issue.

My signals stop working every now and then but I have never heard the buzz you describe. When this happens, I normally push the hazard switch in a few times and it fixes the problem. I've been told the hazard switch might be going bad and will soon have to be replaced.
