02 vette keeps throwing PO 354 Code

02 vette keeps throwing PO 354 Code
My 02 keeps throwing a code PO 354. I changed out the coil pack on cylinder 4, all the wires and plugs. Every time I clear the code it comes back within a day or two. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this? Any help would be appreciated.
