With only 600 miles on your car I would suggest you use the lemon law as soon as you qualify according to the law in your home state. :cuss :bs :nonod:
 This is a very normal/common problem that fixed easily, don't know why you would want to thinking about a lemon law yet.
GM called my dealer and wanted to know why we had so many warranty claims for rear end leaks...They stated that they are not aware of the rear differential leaks  and came just short of accussing us of falsefying claims...What does this tell you??? :nonod:

Directive: GM ostriches, extract head from sand or whatever hole it's stuck in! :cuss
.
I also put them on notice that Lemon Laws said 3 strikes your out, buy back the vehicle.
24 hrs later(A saturday) there is a new differential being installed in my vehicle.
Actually, it's 4 strikes in AZ (ARS 44-1264) but same difference. Sounds like you bluffed them into the diff replacement before even three repair attempts. Nice one....
I've been given a top mechanic's name at Tom Jumper that I want to take crack at it. I'm hoping you're right, that this is an easy fix. It must be something more than the ordinary Right & Left seal, because this has been done twice and the leak is still the size of a 33 rpm on the floor. I'd attach a jpg., but don't know how to. I don't really want to have to think about using the lemon statute. I'd be happy as a pig in :) if the problem wasn't there. But I don't have unlimited patience either...
