Default P0300 After LG Pro Header Install

Good afternoon guys. Yesterday was my install day for my LG Pro LTs. We got them on in about 5 hours (including positioning for the lift) and everything went pretty smoothly. Although, a couple things weren't right. One of my cats was 3" inlet, 2.5" outlet. So I couldn't use them. I might send them back anyways. Also, there is no bracket to attach them to the bellhousing bracket, so now the tail pipes vibrate at idle. We eventually got everything buttoned up and went for a ride. Ran fine at idle, but once the car went into closed loop, it started running like hell and the CEL was flashing with P0300. Something was telling me it was a broken/cracked plug, because the passenger side header slipped out of my hands during removal and I'm not sure if it hit the plugs. Maybe the O2 sensors are backward? I've heard conflicting opinions the orientation (left to left, right to right, or the opposite?) I went ahead and bought new plugs. Also, on the drive home (about 50 miles) I was on cruise at about 45mph and P0171 came up for a little while. I believe its Lean Bank 1, correct? Can anyone offer any insight to this issue?
Thanks guys.

:EDIT: Also, per the LG instructions, I used the adapters to move the rear sensors forward and am not using the old sensors. Is there any chance that removing the sensors from the rear could cause some issues? I realize they'll have to

Fronts do not cross. If the left O2 is plugged in on the right side it is wrong. I remove plugs when doing headers, it prevent damage. I also put a socket over the coolant temperature sensor as this can get damaged as well, especially when working alone.

???
Aren't you supposed to move your front sensors BACK, and delete the rear sensors???

No, you move the rear sensors forward and plug the rear holes. There is an adapter that is supplied with the LG kit.

Also, this thread has no point anymore. We had the sensors swapped. I moved them around and everything is fine! Thanks
