Alignment needed after replacing seal in differential?
Just had the rear trans housing r&r'd to fix a leak after 600 miles. Do I need to have the alignment checked now?

removing the rear cradle does not necessitate an alignment, assuming your shop took normal care. however, an alignment is always relatively cheap insurance for maximum tire life and optimal handling. if you know how she's supposed to feel, go drive thru some med speed sweepers, especially a decreasing radius one an see how she feels..

No, absolutely not! If anything you just might want to get up under there with your fav degrease spray and degrease if the dealer didnt take the time to do this.
