tb hose?

Im putting a ported tb on my 04 z and the new one has a fitting blocked off.its the one that goes to the valve cover.so the small elbow on top of tb to the valve cover.is this a must or is it ok blocked off.thanks

That is what feeds clean/filtered air to the PCV system. Yes, it is required. Otherwise you need another source of filtered and metered air.

Well the stock has a push in type.and the new one has threaded.so i cant put the elbow in..what are my options...a small filter on the hose end.or jb weld the elbow on..help please
