Default E-brake and Turn signal issues

2000 FRC

At idle with parking brake set, the blinkers and brake lights work fine.
As soon as I disengage the parking brake, the blinkers start flashing fast and the brake lights no longer work.
I've replaced the hazard switch in the dash with a known good one and I've checked every fuse in the car.

What the heck?

Anyone?

<----------- This is not the car I am refering to. That's my track car.

I'm ready to sell this car because of this issue. If I can't get it fixed in the next week, I'll sell it as is or I'll strip it and sell it as a race car. I have much better things to do than screw around with this stupid car. I already have a race car and I don't need another one.
