Doing the clutch on my car this week. While its all out I am going to put new fluid in there.

Thanks

Misread.
Info should be in your owner's manual. Any Dexron-III ATF for the transmission and 75w90 plus 4oz of friction modifier for the diff.
This dude has instructions:

I used Amsoil Torue Drive in the trans on my 2001, you'll need a gallon and fill till it comes out of the fill hole, you'll have a little left over.
I used GM's current 75w90 LS gear oil in the diff - it already has the friction modifiers in it. You'll need two quarts and fill the same way as the trans. Their is plenty of info here on other products and the quantities and procedures.

As long as your trans doesnt have paper blocker rings, you can use synthetic.
