Ok before everyone tells me to search the forum for answers, I have and came up empty.
So here is my problem..... My drivers window will not roll down. When I hit the button it clicks but nothing happens. No noise at all from the window motor... Any help would be appreciated.... Thanks
Your window regulator/motor probably has failed. It is common for our C5's. I've had to replace both the drivers and passenger side setups, it is a simple install. This is what you will need:
Don't know if this will help but this is what happen to my 04. The drivers door went dead on me, and none of the buttons would work. It turned out to be a broken ground pin, I found it by wiggling the door harnnes.

I tried that trick too but no luck. It still wouldn't work. I am guessing it probably is the regulator.

This sounds like your regulator has gone bad. You have two options. The first is to replace the regulator. The second is to remove the door panel, and using a small hammer (I use a 1 lb sledge on my passenger door...) tap the bolt sticking out approximately in the center of the door while holding down the window switch. This should free the sticky regulator and allow the window to roll down. I've found at this point that rolling the window down at least once per day prevents further sticking.
Which method you use depends on whether you want to deal with the source of the problem now or later. I've opted for later, but it is starting to get on my nerves.

Thanks for this info.. I will get out my hammer and try this. It seems a lot easier than removing the window and regulator.. I really hope this works

Be prepared to replace the pins that hold the door panel on. When they get old they get brittle and can break easily. I bought a pack of 10 from my local dealer for about $8. Removing the door panel will require a flat-bladed instrument to pry the bolt cover behind the grab handle off, and a 10 mm socket with an extension long enough to clear the grab handle. I can get mine off and back on again in about 5 minutes, but I've had a little practice....
