many codes and poor performance

many codes and poor performance
last night after changing rear wheels my car did not want to move in first gear it also doesnt go into overdrive when driving normally and at WOT the car is very very weak i pulled these codes off the dic

Was there an "H" (History) or a "C" (Current) after these DIC codes?
Did you attempt to erase them and see which ones come back?
To clear the codes let it automatically cycle through the codes then it will come to (MANUAL DIAGNOSTICS) this is where you can clear codes.
Use the options button to scroll forward and the TRIP to scroll backward find the code(s) to be erased. Check your connections.
To erase, press and hold the reset button until it says "NO CODES". To exit the Diagonstic menu press the METRIC BUTTON.

Try clearing them 1st they may all just be "false codes " most Autozones will read and clear codes for you for free---
Certain codes or combinations of codes will make your ECM go into a "protection mode" or reduced power mode---would explain the poor performance---

In found out my car is blowing the # 19 ign fuse every time I switch on ignition
