Hi Everyone
It's been a long time since needing help, but I have a major problem with my electrical system that I just can't resolve. Here are the details
Left my car in the garage with the windows down. An animal got inside the car and started eating everything it could get to. This includes the ***** off the radio, armrest, and wiring up under the passenger dash board. Also, there was evidence it had gotten involve with the wiring in the motor compartment.
Here is what happened. I get a mess of codes, the message board tells me that the car is not communicating with the RTD, and BO-RFA. These two categories "I get =no comm." And worst of all, my fans won't work and the car overheats making it un-driveable. I'm at my wits end and ready to sell it. It's just a problem everytime I get in it.
Please, help
Thank you
Tony

First step should be getting a wiring diagram for your year and then check all the wiring associated with your codes and issues. I feel really bad for your situation. Where do you live? Having more than one head working on this is what you need. I live in Columbia, SC.
Thanks for the response dadaroo. I have recently moved to Savannah. Trying to figure this problem out in the Savannah heat and humidity is also a problem that no one can fix. I did manage to fix the RTD code. It was a simple blown fuse. The fans are my main concern right now. So if you have a wiring diagram for the fans or know where I can get one for free, I would appreciate it.
