Broken Seat...'02 Coupe
Yesterday, I reached down to pull the seat back handle only to find it lying on the carpet beside the seat. The plastic shaft going into the seat has broken :ack . Is this a major repair, or can I get a replacement part from my local Chevy dealer and fix it myself?

I would give Gene Culley a call on this tomorrow. Your local dealer will bend you over. He will likely be able to sell it in the $40 (~) range.
You WILL have to remove the seat to install. Not terribly difficult, just time consuming.
