Default LS1 PCV system hook up

Can anyone provide me with a skematic showing how the PCV system should be hooked up to an LS1 engine on my 2000 corvette.

I want to remove the oil catch can that I don't think was installed properly (installer said he took exception to the instructions) and go back to the original plumbing.

I have had nothing but problems since the catch can and a ported throttle body was installed (engine going into reduced power mode; this has been corrected).

Thank you!!!!!!!

The routing diagram is on a sticker under the hood on the driver's side.

Here's the procedure for replacing the PCV valve:

Really, the catch can should not cause any problems unless it is so clogged that vacuum pressure is severely (3 inches of mercury) reduced. At idle, you should see no less than -16.5"Hg unless you have an aftermarket cam.
