window relay help

window relay help
Drivers door window motor keeps getting hot and window stops working. Door module is okay. Thinking maybe window relays. Would like to know where to get relays or a new window motor. any help would be great.

Something is probably bound up within the motor, regulator, or cabling system. You may or may not be able to clear up the first one or two causes with complete disassembly and a little refurbishing (maybe not, though, because the parts are all plastic), but the cabling issue--seemingly the most common cause--pretty much requires you to replace the whole assembly.

Forgot to mention: as far as I know, you can only purchase the entire assembly (motor, regulator, cabling, framework). Someone here just got one recently for a really good price (http://forums.corvetteforum.com/c5-g...regulator.html).
Dunno 'bout the relays, but if the motor is heating up, I don't think the relay is a problem. This suggests the motor's getting the juice but simply unable to turn.
