here's where I got replacement pigtails. I don't know that you can buy just the connector.

Thanks. Contacted them and they are making all the wires that melted.

wow and ebay seller willing to make it for you? for future sake when people search this thread, here's the seller:

as an FYI, when I did my headers I realized that was going to be an issue and drilled little holes for those plastic retainer clip things to clip into. Used those, zip ties (strategically!) and even wrapped the thing in foil then zip tied the foil around it just as a tertiary measure in case it came lose and hit the headers anyway. Its tacky IF you're under my car looking at it, which means I've either sold it or I've run over you anyway.

Hopefully they are making the correct side. the plug side comes with the O2 sensor, so you might as well just replace the sensor. The engine harness side is what you need. That pigtail is a AC-Delco p/n PT996.

AWS is an excellent source for some of the connectors, etc that we use on C5s and even C6s. I came across them not too long ago when I was looking for the correct connector for the late (newer) style MAF used on C6s. The AC Delco pigtails are good, but are high priced and only come with all white wires. AWS will make connectors with any correct, color coded wires you choosed AND they are very inexpensive.

I have added them to my favorites list.
