Just noticed a drip or two coming from the front end of the tranny.
Is this fixable with a seal swell agent?
My C5 is a 1997, so she's a bit long in the tooth; however, I really do not want to drop the tranny to address the issue (for obvious reasons).
Thanks.

I understand your comment and agree; however, I just had a tranny rebuilt for my pickup by the most ‘reputable’ Tranny Mechanic in my area and was very disappointed.
To sum up, I had to return to have the tranny 'fixed' three times and I am still not confident that all is right.
I don't know where to go for reputable services and will not subject my Baby to some Knucklehead working on her.
This is a temp fix until I retire (in about four years) when I can pull the tranny myself and closely watch someone doing the job the correctly.
Cheers.
